Fair rates for the rooms. Rooms and bed a bit tiny (doublebed maybe 120 cm). Service really considerate. Good link to public transport. Couple of fast food restsurants in neighbourhood.

Staff was pretty pushy for a 10/10 review, hotel is not worth that. Asking to leave a review is fine, asking five times for a perfect review is not. When leaving, staff insisted on giving a pack of tea as a complimentary gift. Could you not?

Very clean and close to main line trains and lots of shops. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

My two friends booked a room there and I visited them to get ready and go out but the reception kept calling our room to one of us to leave as it was not allowed to have more than two people in there which is fine but he backed very rude and forcing one to leave very quick but I had my stuff in the room and I had to collect them and asked for a 10min to him to wait but he kept saying u have to leave right now very unprofessional

I have stayed at Blue sapphire hotel very recently. I am blessed with their wonderful services, 10/10. Very clean and hygienic, friendly environment, high security, very good communication with central london via Elizabeth line, so wounderful choice for tourists. I enjoyed the English breakfast a lot, which was fresh and tasty. Very comfortable beds, air conditioned room works for heating and cooling both. They have double rooms for disabled people too, If anyone needed.

Clean and convenient hotel at a nice price point. Quick walk from seven Kings station which is on the Elizabeth line. So getting there from Heathrow or Paddington is super easy I stayed there during summer. My room had AC which was nice. I found the beds slightly too stiff for my taste.

Nos quedamos en ese hotel por precio y ubicación, excelente a menos de 2 minutos de la estación seven king, donde puedes ir al centro de londres en media hora. Parecía recién reformado, todo nuevo y limpio. Desayuno tipo americano, bien para el precio. El personal no habla nada de español pero no fue impedimento para tener una excelente estadía. Recomendado!

My stay was good, I was able to book with them very last minute. They were accommodating to us and also allowed us to stay an extra hour after check in. Will definitely be booking again when needed.

Chambre avec une odeur de tabac très forte et persistante. Impossible de changer de chambre même après nos demandes. Chambre pleine de poussière, seule la salle de bains était propre. Chambre très petite, sans vue, moquette plus que usée. Oreillers inexistants tellement ils étaient fins ! Nous sommes partis en cours de séjour... À fuite !!

I will return to Blue Sapphire for my next trip[. I find this hotel absolutely delightful. I have visited more than once, first on business and then I returned two more times so my partner and I could enjoy London City. Its location couldn't be better. The new Elizabeth Line is across the street, you can literally grab it with a sweep of your hand. It quickly whisks you into the heart of London to the doorstep of all that is London, the sights, the shops, the theatre and the history. To the left of the Hotel is a plethora of shops and restaurants. Further afield, no more that 500 yards is the fast food joints - think McDonalds, KFC and various small 'holes in the wall' to satisfy a quick hunger, however the breakfast is so fresh and filling , a Wonderfull FULL English, reinforced with cereals, Juices and Yogurt, that once you eat it and head to London , you are already set and prepared. All in all, a Wonderfull Hotel and fantastic Staff. Very Secure as entry is via concierge only. 24 Hour Security. Very Friendly and Accommodating Hotel situated in a great place. Highly Recommended.

Tranquilo hotel un poco lejos del centro pero en metro se llega en 30 minutos. Desayuno aceptable, buena velocidad wifi, colchón cómodo y precio asequible para ser Londres.

Aunque llegamos antes de la hora nos dejaron hacer la entrada. En todo momento el personal fue atento, amable, y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. El chico de la recepción una maravilla, al que le agradezco el trato que nos dio. Siento no recordar su nombre, pero gracias, en mi nombre y en el de toda mi familia. En cuanto al hotel muy bien comunicado, limpio, habitacion un poco escasa para 4, pero para dormir, que es a lo que íbamos correcto

We booked the room to pay at the hotel and when we arrived he wanted to charge us in cash and if we did it with card more expensive than what had been talked about, I do not advise it at all. The bed was too small for 2 people so we requested to have room with 2 single bed. They didn’t agree to this and charged us for an additional mattress on the floor. Breakfast suppose to be included in this price but they charged us extra. They demanded 30 pond extra from us as a security for any damage. However they next morning they called us and said if we don’t get back 11am they will keep our security money. I was shocked about how inflexible they were with the check out time. In our experience this was the worst stay ever as the managers aim was to try and come up with new rules to get the maximum amount of money from us.

Such a horrible experience faced i booked a single room and find a lot of bugs in a room.complaint about that to them and ask for room change they ignore me and told me i won’t find anymore bcz they have done spray recently i was shocked I would never recommend this hotel to stay even a single second.Manager keep ignored me while i was waiting on reception for room changing.Left from there and booked somewhere else never ever go there guys

I stay here quite often and I simply cannot fault their service or their rooms, they are always extremely clean and comfortable. If I've had to stay elsewhere I always enjoy coming back to this gem of a hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Blue S for 6 nights - I was very pleasantly surprised. Clean room, very hygienic bathroom, air con, tea/coffee facilities. I have no complaints whatsoever; it ticked every box I required. The front desk team are very professional and friendly. Seven Kings tube station is literally one minute away [15mins into Central London] and I had free parking at a Redbridge council carpark two minutes walk away [free after 5.30pm and before 7.30am next day]. I would highly recommend the Blue S & the price points are competitive. V.good!

Hola, quería decirles que es un excelente hotel, cómodo, muy limpio, atentos y muy buen servicio en todo, el desayuno delicioso, los chicos que trabajan en el hotel un amor, muy pendientes de mi. Y súper importante que estaba 1 min del metro para poder moverse uno por la ciudad, volvería. Súper recomendado.

Very dirty hotel.. more dirty than hostel. The bed has so many stains and hair and when I told reception she said housekeeping has checked it’s ok and refused to change my bedsheet nor my room. Disgusting service. Also, they had issue with plumbing outside and disturbed me non stop since I checked in. I’m just here for one. Night and paid for two but they have to disturb me despite not giving a decent cleaning bed. Problems with the plumbing but didn’t want to move me to another room. Cleaning issues with current room, also refused to move me into other room. Instead receptionist lied saying it’s fully booked when it’s not! Hell in London. Regret choosing this place after a long flight paid not cheap still cannot get a decent sleep or service. Hotel amenities are dismal, only provided a small shampoo. Room is extremely small it’s pathetic , worse than other counties I stayed in for instance Japan. For this money paid, go somewhere else is way more worth it
